Here's the THREE things:
1. The BRAND NEW cover illustrations for Books 1-4 (Dragon's Egg, Inferno, Flight and Nest) are done AND updated on Amazon!
The artist is currently working on Dragon's Magick: Book 5.

Hi backers!
Really sorry for the lack of an update, but unfortunately I've not had much to report in truth.
I am still working on getting the new covers made for the books. This has been a much longer project I predicted. Good news is I now have a new artist and is completed the first 3 book covers and currently working on book cover 4.
Another factor has been the marketing. This has taken a lot more time and money than I was hoping for, however I do feel it is starting to pay off, for example just this month there's been 175 orders (none paid unfortunately) and over 3,000 pages read. So it's a start but a lot more work needed.
As for the physical copy rewards, I'm hoping to have these done by the end of July and out to you, though I can't promise that I'm afraid. You should also know to the unforseen extortionate cost of shipping hardcovers, these may end up being paperbacks in certain countries. If I can figure out a way I will.
Please rest assured ALL your invested money is going towards anything and everything needed for my dad's Dragon's Erf series.
For example, recently:
- About £500 for samples from artists for the new covers
- £2,000 for the four current new covers
- £1,000 so far for hiring amazon ads specialists and the ad campaigns they've set up so far.
- And lots of other little expenses
I apologise for the delay. I'll try keep updates more regular.

Good & Bad News

Hi folks!
Sorry for not sending any updates for a while. Life and this project has been craaaaaazy, to say the least...
First off all, our book cover illustrator pulled out of the project. 😪 This means we've had to start from scratch, reaching out to artists to get samples of each cover and then we must decide on a new artist.
This means the original goal of the neq covers being ready by end of May isn't going to happen...
The good news!
The project is still very much alive and kicking and I'm already close to narrowing down a new illustrator!
With this in mind, I forsee the new physical copies with the new covers won't be ready to be printed and shipped (to those of you this relates to) until July at the very earliest.
Otherwise, I'm still getting lots of auditions for the audiobooks, though we aren't going to focus on this till the covers are completely finalised.
Lastly, and in addition, we've now decided to completely redesign my dad's website (srlangleywriter.com) as well as review, proofread and re-edit all four books currently released in the series. This is taking a lot of time as you can imagine but we want our dads books to be PERFECT and exactly as he woukd have intended.
Again, I'm sorry for the delay. In addition to my full-time volunteering work and family, I really am doing all I can to achieve what I set out to from the outset.
